Compare the amount you would actually receive, the fees or costs you might incur, the probability of completing the sale and the expected payment date. An auction estimate is not a guaranteed check. With Liquid Estates, once the wines have been properly verified and a deal is agreed, the price and payment arrangements are clear. We do not use post-pickup repricing as a bait-and-switch tactic.
